Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Welcome to our Returns page where you can make a return or exchange request. Simply download a return form - enter data, your email and send it with the purchased items. Please note returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the products. It is important to us that your bikini fits properly and you love it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or we will happily exchange for a product of the same value.

*Please note all items purchased through a sale are non-refundable, but you can exchange for another style or size. To return or exchange an item(s), complete returns form and send the item(s) back to the address below:

OUR POLICY

Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be unworn and returned in the original condition.
Product must have all tags and hygiene strips in place.
SALE items cannot be refunded - only exchanged or a store credit can be given for the sale value. 
All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.

REFUNDS

Items marked as "Sale" cannot be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving goods. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise, an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days. All are refunds are processed in Euro (€).

EXCHANGES

If the item you are exchanging is of less or greater value, you will be required to pay the difference or we will refund you the difference.
We do offer one free exchange. Contact us the for the shipping code. For any further exchanges, you are required to pay for the shipping.
